General Terms and Conditions

1. scope of application

a) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use and sale of products through our online store.

b) Deviating or supplementary conditions of the customer do not become part of the contract, unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

2. contracting party

a) The contract of sale is concluded with Bavarian Designs.

3. order

a) By sending an order you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

b) We will send you an automatic order confirmation by e-mail, in which your order is listed again. This order confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer, but only informs you that we have received your order.

c) A contract is only concluded when we confirm your order by a separate order confirmation by e-mail or when we ship the ordered goods to you.

4. prices and terms of payment

a) The prices stated on our website are final prices in Euro and include the statutory value added tax.

b) Payment can be made either by bank transfer or Paypal.

5. delivery and shipping

a) Delivery will be made within 7 days after confirmation of the order, unless otherwise specified.

b) The shipping costs are 4.49 euros and will be communicated to you before completing the order.

6. right of withdrawal

a) You are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. Information on this can be found in our cancellation policy.

7. warranty and liability

a) The statutory warranty provisions apply.

b) Our liability for contractual breaches of duty and for tort is limited to intent and gross negligence.

8. data protection

a) Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy.

9. final provisions

a) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

b) Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
